Eddie's speed and efficiency schools are quickly becoming some of the most sought-after three-hour sessions for golfers aiming to enhance their speed, power and efficiency. Students will explore key body movement elements within the golf swing, learn proper sequencing and understand how to wind up and unwind the body effectively, starting with an efficient and extremely effective warm-up and activation routine. Students will also be introduced to specific gym movement patterns designed to bridge the gap between an efficient, fast golf swing and training in the gym.

1. Location: Athletic Motion Golf Club, Winter Garden, Florida (Orlando area)

2. Frequency: One speed school hosted per month

3. Session Times:

   • 9 AM to 12 PM 

   • 1 PM to 4 PM

4. Capacity: Maximum of 4 students per session

5. Price: $1000 per student for each three-hour session

6. Starter Kit: Each student will receive a starter kit to support their journey toward improved speed, efficiency, and longevity in golf.
